Elaine O’Toole is the Principal of the Firm with over 20 years in practice as a Solicitor. She has significant expertise in all areas of general practice, such as buying and selling property, personal injury claims, Court representation and she specialises in Family Law, Wills and Probate.

Elaine holds a Diploma in Trusts & Estates from the Law Society of Ireland and was awarded both the Gallagher Shatter Prize for achieving the highest individual mark in Family Law and the John L. Jermyn Prize for the highest individual mark in Wills, Trusts and Administration of Estates by the Law Society of Ireland on her Professional Practice Course. She is also a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Family Lawyers Association and Solicitors for the Elderly Association.
